Dr. Tracy Romanello, D.O., FACOFP, FAAHPM, President of The Soares Kildare Science Foundation, is a respected leader in hospice and palliative medicine with over a decade of experience transforming care across South Florida. As Medical Director, she oversees compassionate, person-centered care for more than 1,300 people daily. Board-certified in Family Practice and Hospice & Palliative Medicine, she leads a respected palliative program and supports an accredited fellowship. She teaches at Nova Southeastern University, the University of Miami at Holy Cross Health, and HCA Florida Aventura Hospital. A published author and national speaker, Dr. Romanello brings prior corporate experience from American Express. Her proudest role is “Mom.” Through the Foundation, she hopes to inspire change by uniting faith and academics.

Gianni Romanello, Vice President of The Soares Kildare Science Foundation, is a dynamic leader with a passion for innovation and a dedication to empowering the next generation. Gianni's journey began in Broward County, Florida, and continued through collegiate baseball at GTCC in North Carolina before leading him to serve in the Air Force, where he excelled and earned a Distinguished Graduate award. Now a Radio Frequency Systems Technician in the cyber career field, Gianni leverages his technical expertise and leadership skills to drive The Soares Kildare Science Foundation's strategic vision. He is deeply committed to fostering an environment where young people are inspired to pursue their dreams and achieve their highest potential.

Hailey Romanello, Secretary of The Soares Kildare Science Foundation, is a dedicated advocate for empowerment, education, and equity. Of Caribbean descent, Hailey's path began at Nova Southeastern University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in neuroscience and founded All Women Everything, a student organization devoted to celebrating and uplifting women on campus. Her passion for service led her to volunteer with the American Association of University Women (AAUW), where she continues to champion gender equity and educational access. Now pursuing a master’s degree in Sport Performance Psychology, Hailey brings her commitment to growth, mental resilience, and community impact to her role, helping shape a future where every individual has the tools to thrive.
